Have you experienced grief, loss, or a life change that feels challenging to navigate? Are feelings of worry or stress bringing an increased challenge to your life? You may know that there is relief somewhere, but are unsure of how to take the best next steps. Grief and loss, anxiety, and life changes bring about challenges that deserve clinical support. Wherever you are in your journey, there is room for your experience here.

Together we will identify tools that work for you and build upon what you’re already doing in order to move forward. We will work integratively to support shifts in how you process thoughts and emotions. Many clients feel empowered as insight and self-reflection grow, and as steps forward become more clear.

My work draws from several evidence-based approaches, working integratively and tailored to each person. In alignment with your therapeutic goals, my core values are rooted in emotional attunement, curiosity, and process-orientation. I believe that in seasons of change, grief, loss, or uncertainty, people are capable of meaningful growth when they have the right support.

As a lifelong student and lover of learning, I continue to grow through quality clinical training and experience. My clinical training includes somatic, cognitive, and relational approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, humanistic, and attachment-based work, all through a trauma-informed lens.My experience as a social worker has allowed me to work with diverse populations and across different stages of life, giving me a deeper understanding of the experiences that shape our mental health, well-being, and quality of life. My work in both hospice and early childhood mental health has especially shaped my perspective, allowing me to witness the human experience from early childhood through end of life.
